I received the following in an email - it appears my PayPal Account is Locked. My account was fine.
You will never get notices like this from any financial institution - it is a scam. This is a tactic for hackers to use to gain access to your information. DO NOT SIGN IN FROM ANY LINK IN SUCH AN EMAIL Go to the official website to sign in.
